Which standards and regulations govern a casino RNG?
The UK Gambling Commission sets the plainest published RNG rule.
Its remote technical standard RTS 7 requires that random number generation and game results be acceptably random, demonstrable to a high degree of confidence through generally accepted statistical tests, and it states that adaptive behaviour, meaning a compensated game, is not permitted.

What the statistical test batteries actually are
